Windows 10: Can't find Bitlocker recovery key.

I've checked the Microsoft account I've signed into on my device and it states there are no Bitlocker recovery keys for my device. I've checked the only other account I've signed into my device with - my schools organizational account, but I still didn't find any Bitlocker recovery keys. I have my Bitlocker recovery key identifier. If it is possible for someone at Microsoft to somehow find out the email of the account associated with the identifier, I may be able to sign into that account and access the recovery key.

No, no other accounts.

What puzzles me is why the Bitlocker recovery key is not listed on the microsoft account, but there is a recovery key listed there for a computer I do not recognise.

I have several laptops but only the HP Envy has had Bitlocker on it. So what key is this on my account? And why isn't the Envy key there?
