    Can't factory rest laptop due to bitlocker request


    Hi, My laptop has asked for a bitlocker key , I've looked in my microsoft account and it says none registered. I tried to factory rest the laptop but it wouldn't allow me to do this either. What else can I do? I think it's windows 10 but not sure.

    Lenovo MIIX 320-10ICR , Bitlocker keys not in Microsoft account

    Newly bought 2 in 1 Laptop. Noticed that a upgrade was recommended by vendor. After downloading the BIO upgrade the PC screens requested the Bitlocker keys due to the upgrade. Since this was the first time no printed or backup was made of the key in the
    PC locally and is not part of a network.

    How to reset it back to factory settings is not working and I do not know how to get to the Bitlocker key. Any suggestions?

    I just updated the software on my N95 8GB but now i need to do a factory rest, Will doing the factory rest effect the new software i just updated?

    Bitlocker Randomly Enabled

    Hi,

    On my personal Lenovo laptop, Bitlocker somehow randomly was enabled. I have not enabled it, and I followed the recovery steps without luck. It seems that it was enabled during an update. I logged into my Microsoft account, see that the laptop is listed, but there is no bitlocker key listed. I am at a loss on what the next steps might be for me to be able to log into my computer at this point.
