Windows 10: Can't download Windows 11 disk image ISO for x64 devices

Whenever I try, I am greeted by a message stating some users are banned for using VPNs or some nonsense, but I am not obfuscating my identity in any way. I just wanted to take it for a spin & see how much effort it's going to take to debloat BEFORE "upgrading" is essentially mandatory lol. The steps suggest using the ISO file. Your screenshot tells me that you used the Installation Assistant.

Download the Windows ISO file under "Download Windows 11 Disk Image (ISO) for x64 devices".

- Click the Windows 11 download page link suggested in my previous post;

- Under "Download Windows 11 Disk Image (ISO) for x64 devices", on "Select Download", change to "Windows 11 (multi-edition ISO for x64 devices)", and click "Download now";

- Then, select the language that matches the one currently installed on your computer and click "Confirm";

- Then, click "64-bit Download".
