Windows 10: cant download realtek audio console

Previously it was automatically downloaded when i installed board driver but now it is not and even with this link of microsoft store when i click install circle comes up then again says install. there is some bug what do i do?

1) I would uninstall Realktek Audio Console in Settings > Apps > Apps & Features, restart PC and then reinstall from a fresh download here:
