Windows 10: Can't create ultimate power plan because unable to create new power plan

Hi! I have a problem in my windows 10 computer. I can't create ultimate performance in my PC because it say "Unable to create a new power scheme The power scheme, subgroup or setting specified does not exist."I have try to download Ultimate_Performance.pow too, it say successful but it doesn't show on cpl. Now I want the ultimate performance because my PC is pro but it run very slow.

How to create a new power plan based on an existing custom (OEM) plan ?

Beside the usual, Windows default "Balanced" power plan, my new Dell laptop has a custom OEM power plan (named "Dell").

I'd like to create my own power plan, but Win10 only allows me to create one based on the Balanced one, not the OEM (Dell) one. I'd prefer to start from the Dell plan, because I would think it is best tuned for my system. Could there be special, hidden,
DELL-specific settings in the Dell plan ? How can I create a new plan based on the Dell plan ? Or am I just not missing any subtle Dell tuning by starting from the Balanced (Windows default) plan instead ?

Power plan?

Upon checking, it seems that there's nothing wrong with your system. It is usual that you have to double-click your mouse before your monitor wakes up.

For the meantime, we suggest changing the power plan by following the steps below:

• Press Windows key + S.
• Type in Power Settings.
• On the pop-up window, choose Additional power settings.
• Select High performance.

After changing the power plan, we suggest that you monitor the changes made and check if that will work for you.
