Windows 10: can't create new Microsoft account

First of all. It is impossible to create account in microsoft! and second you even can't reach the support without that mentioned account. I had to use other person's account to submit request to you by the way it makes no sense in your security if people are forced to use other's account because of the problem with creating their own. I need account for my education to assign for papers and apps at University. I have been solving puzzles for 2 hours... It starts again and again. I tried all mentioned solutions clear cash and cookies, change browser to all existing ones, use private and inc

The error code that your are getting when adding an account is usually caused by the following:

• Your phone has an incorrect date and time set.
• You do not have a data connection.
• Your phone is in a "bad state."

Creating a Microsoft account PIN

If you are unable to create a PIN for your Microsoft account, you can try the following steps to troubleshoot the problem:

1.Reset Microsoft Account: Try resetting your Microsoft account password. You can do this using a third-party device such as a cell phone, tablet, etc. by going to the Microsoft Account Recovery page and following the instructions to reset your password. After resetting the password, restart the computer and try creating the PIN again.

2.I would suggest that you can refer to the steps in Start your PC in safe mode in Windows - Microsoft Support to start your computer in safe mode.

Please create a new account in Safe Mode by following the steps below and see if the issue still persists under the new account.

• Search for CMD, then run it in administrator mode and enter the following command:

Note: USERNAME PASSWORD can be replaced with your desired account name and password, if you don't need a password you can leave out PASSWORD.
