Windows 10: Cant connect/disconnect bluetooth controller

I build my first pc 3 days ago, and ive been using it for gaming on my dualsense controller PS5 controller. It was working fine until today, when I tried to connect it, it connected, but then turned off. I tried again, this time it turned on and stayed on, said the computer was connected to it, but when i tried to play a game, the controller just didnt work. I then tried to click remove device and reconnect it, but when i click remove device, it says remove failed. Help please. Its not out of battery

Can’t connect Xbox one controller to pc

Cant connect my XBOX ONE controller to my W10 pc via bluetooth

Hi,

If you encounter issues connecting an Xbox One Wireless Controller on your Windows 10 PC via Bluetooth, it may be because of an incorrect device configuration. Another factor that we have to take into consideration is an outdated Bluetooth driver. We suggest
running the Bluetooth troubleshooter on your Windows 10 PC. Here are the steps:

• Select the Start button, then select Settings >
  Update & security > Troubleshoot.
• Under Find and fix other problems, select Bluetooth >
  Run the troubleshooter.
• Restart your device so that the changes will take effect.
• Disconnect then reconnect the controller and check if the same issue occurs.

We also recommend verifying if the Bluetooth device shows on the Device Manager. To do so, kindly perform the following steps:

• In the search box on the taskbar, type Device Manager, and select it from the list of results.
• In Device Manager, select View > Show hidden devices.
• In Device Manager, select View > Devices by connection.
• Find your Bluetooth hardware.

If the controller keeps disconnecting when you use it on an Xbox One console, it may be due to outdated controller firmware. To resolve this issue, we suggest checking if there are updates available for the controller. Refer to

Update your Xbox One Controller for the steps.

In addition, keeping your console up-to-date can also help resolve connection issues with Xbox accessories. To manually update your console, kindly perform the following steps:

• Make sure your console is connected to the Internet, and then open the
  Guide and choose Settings > All settings.
• Select System > Updates > Update console.

If no update is available, your console is up-to-date.
