Windows 10: Can’t change account for windows and can’t change password for windows

Long and story. My brother was building my pc while I was at work and when he finished he texted me for my Microsoft account but I was busy and I couldn’t respond so he just made a throw away account and put a password on my pc. But he does not remember the password he put of on my computer so now I can’t do things like change the windows account and such. And I can’t find away to even see what the password is or to reset it because I need the current password. I do not have or know the current password. Is there any way to get my windows password so I can change the account to the one I want

Windows 8.1 update changed the language, can't change back

Maybe, these will help... it seems it is a common enough problem.

Language packs are no longer available after you upgrade to Windows 8.1

Change your Windows display language
To change your Windows display language (that's the language you see most often in Windows and apps), first add a language, download and install the language pack, and then follow these steps.

  (If you're using a mouse, point to the lower-right corner of the screen, move the mouse pointer up, click Settings, and then click Change PC settings.)

• Tap or click Set as primary to move the language to the top of the list. If the language can become your Windows display language, you'll see Will be display language after next sign-in appear under the language.
• Sign out and then sign back in to finish.

How to change the login password for the account?

Hi Gregor,

To assist you better, I would like to know whether you are logging into the computer with Microsoft account.

If you are using the Microsoft account to log in, I would like to inform you that it is not possible to sign into Windows without the password.

If you would like to change the password for the Microsoft Account, I suggest you to refer to the link provided below and check if that helps.

If you would like to change the password for the local account, please follow the below steps:

• 
  Press "Windows" and now the Start Menu will appear, click on your account on the top, and then select
  "Change account settings".
  
• 
  You may also select
  "Settings" on the Start Menu, click "Accounts" to open the Accounts settings.
  
• 
  Choose "Sign-in options" on the left panel, and then click on
  "Change" button below Password on the right panel.
  
• 
  Now Enter your current password and click on
  "Next" to continue.

  Enter and reenter your new password, and enter the password hint, and then click on
  "Next" to modify your user local account password.
  

However, you may create a local account/user account and use that account to sign in, so that it will not ask you for the password when signing in.

Once you have created a local account, Please follow the below steps, if you would like sign in to a user account without password.

• Press Windows +
  R.
• Type netplwiz.exe
• Uncheck this box “Users must enter a username and password to use this computer” and press apply.
• Automatically sign in password box prompts. Write your Password twice and press OK.
