Windows 10: Cant access computer due to I lost and forgot microsoft acocunt

Good day, I cant access my computer or log in due to I lost my microsoft email school and i forgot my password. I tried recovering my password unfortunately my school email has been already deleted. I asked school IT if i can still access the said email unfortunately they said that it is already deleted. I have files on my pc Transcript of records, soft copy of diploma, patient files, requirements. My pin ID got reseted due to i upgraded certain hardware on my pc now I cant use it. I hope someone can help me.

One computer cannot access other network computers.


So I've tried every troubleshooting step I know:

• Double checked that Net Bios was enabled
• Ran a bunch of network commands:
  • flushed DNS
  • registered dns
  • pinged and located the named computers successfully
• Reset my router to factory settings

Nothing works when I try to access via explorer. I'm still baffled by the fact that every other computer can access each other AND access this computer. It's just the outgoing connection from this machine that doesn't work.

This issue might be due to some error in system settings.

If you have not yet tried the below steps, I suggest you to perform and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to log out from the current user account, restart the computer and log-in with the administrator account and check if you are able to access the local drivers.

If the issue still persists,

Step 2: I suggest you to place the computer in safe mode, try to log-in with administrator account and check if the issue persists.
