Cannot View Parent Folder in Path Field in File Explorer

Before the most recent Windows 11 update, I was able to see the current folder and the parent folder in the bar at the top of file explorer, and I could navigate back to the parent folder by clicking its name. Now, the bar only shows the full name of the current folder, which makes navigating between the two incredibly annoying. I often have multiple folders within a folder, so I need to go into one, go back to the parent folder, and then go into another. Any reliable way to get the parent folder in File Explorer?

Hi, if you have Qttabbar installed (free) then if you rt click a library folder, click 'Open in Other View, the folder - using its 'real' path is displayed in another pane at the bottom:

  3. Unable to rename folder or file in a long path folder (updated)

    Hi Greg,

    Thanks for suggesting Feedback Hub.

On the other hand, in my first post I posted step 1,2,3. Your links contains the same, but no more.

The issue is in File Explorer, that means I need solution in File Explorer, not in PowerShell.

To be more precise the issue is: I can't create new folder in a long path folder. Just now: I solved it half: I can copy a folder to a long path folder. That's fine but I cannot rename folder or file in a long path folder.

    Regards
