Windows 10: cannot use RD client to connect windows error code 0x104

I just reinstall the system and enable remote desktop, but i cannot use RDclient in android to connect to it, i have added the local user in the RDP permission list and the phone and computer is in the same wifi,but it just popped up 0x104

RD Client iPhone error code 0x00001108

I use my iPhone/iPad RD Client app through a VPN to connect to my server (Windows Server 2016) when I'm out of office. When I'm connected to a wifi network everything work perfectly, but when I'm connected via 3g I get the following error:

Disconnected from server xx.xx.xx.xx with error code 0x00001108

I suspect that the problem is caused by the slowness of 3g connection, but I don't know if I'm right and how to solve. Any advice?

Can't connect to RD Gateway using Windows 10

I am using Windows 10 Pro (1809) and I am trying to use RD Gateway but keep getting error message "can't connect to remote desktop gateway computer." I have seen numerous fix suggestions in other posts and the one I wanted to try was HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Terminal
Server Client, but the terminal service client is not listed in the folder in Pro 10. Any ideas on how to get this RD Gateway to work?
