Windows 10: Cannot Uninstall Garmin Express.

I have four versions of Garmin Express on my W10 PC. I want to uninstall them. When I try to uninstall, it brings up a box asking me to accept the terms and conditions. This makes it impossible to uninstall. I have clicked on the accept T&C box. This then brings a message that Garmin Express cannot be installed. HELP!

Just to confirm: Are you trying to uninstall from Control Panel>Icon View>Programs and Features and not All Apps list?

Sometimes if a program will not uninstall, you can try reinstalling it anyway to see if it will overwrite the old copy and is now stable, and if not whether it will then allow you to uninstall it.

If this fails type services.msc in Start Search box, right click Services app to Run as Admin, look for a Garmin Service to Stop and Disable. Then try the uninstall or reinstall again.

Garmin Express Not Launching

I can not get Garmin Express to launch on my computer. It was working prior to the last update. Garmin says its a Windows 10 issue and I'm confused because my friend has the same and no issue. It has been uninstalled and reinstalled many times. Any suggestions?

With Window 7, the software «garmin express» for update my GPS device, worked correctly. But since I downloaded Window 10, garmin express can not openen and execute. I tried to uninstall it for download it again, and it is impossible to uninstall it. A
message tell me that this application can not be uninstall ??? Can you help me.
