Windows 10: Cannot sign out of Xbox related Windows 10 apps

I recently was attempting to switch between accounts in the Minecraft game launcher only to have it repeatedly fail. I then attempted to sign out of all instances of that account across the Xbox apps on my PC but every time I click sign in, it just auto logs me back into the account that I don't want to use. In game bar, it outright refuses to let me sign out in the first place. This isn't even my main Microsoft account that is logged into the computer, so I have no idea what could be causing any of this.Any help would be appreciated.
