  1. Cannot sign into iCloud

I am trying to sign into iCloud and sync my files with my Windows 11 PC, but I am unable to login to iCloud no matter what I do, it simply says "To sign in with this account, you need to enter the code from a device that's close by. Make sure bluetooth is turned on or your Apple device is one the same WiFi network as this computer." When I sign in I get a 2FA in my apple device and when I enter the code this happens even though I have very good internet connect. Any help will be appreciated. I tried nearly all possible things:-> I turned on bluetooth, connected it with my apple device and I

iCloud for Windows shows two signed in devices

    Hi,

Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community Forums.

I understand that there two devices showing up in signed in devices for iCloud. It could be that you might have signed in with your iCloud account on another device running older version of Windows.

We can remove the device from the iCloud account. Please follow the steps mentioned below:

    1. Sign in to https://www.icloud.com
      with your iCloud account.
    2. Navigate to Find iPhone on your iCloud account.
    3. Then click on All devices on the top.
    4. Click on the device that you want to remove and click on
      Erase to remove the device.

For additional information, you can refer the article provided by Apple
iCloud: Remove your device from Find My iPhone
    .

You might have enabled two-step verification for the account that’s why you might have to sign in twice. You can try disabling two-step verification and see if that helps. For more information on two-factor authentication, please refer the articles
    provided by Apple
    Two-factor authentication for Apple ID
    and

Switch from two-step verification to two-factor authentication
    .

Please reply with the status of the issue, we will be glad to help you further.

    1. Are you aware of making any changes to the computer prior to the issue?
    2. Do you receive any error message when the spinner stops?

I suggest you to follow the steps mentioned below:

    Method 1: Uninstall iCloud application.

I would suggest you to Sign out from the iCloud account from the app, then uninstall the application.

    1. Press Windows
and R key together on your Keyboard.
    2. Type appwiz.cpl and hit enter.
    3. Select the iCloud application and click on Uninstall.

    Method 2: Reinstall iCloud application.

    Step 1:

    I would suggest you toDownload
    the latest version of iCloud

from the apple website. Follow the Onscreen instructions and install the application. For more information, check the article on

    Step 2:

Once the installation is completed, tap on the Windows key on your keyboard, search for ICloud app. Right click on the app and click on
