Windows 10: Cannot reactivate windows after SSD dies

I purchased the Windows 10/11 digital license years ago and have been using it on my computer until this morning.While I was working, the computer suddenly crashed with BSOD code: "dpc_watchdog_violation", turns out the SSD installing Windows was dead.So I purchased a new SSD and installed Windows 11 but couldn't activate the window.Key Info:- The license is digital license, has an order history in this account dated years ago. - It was digitally activated at the time after bought it online. - Not sure If I linked it with my account according to Activate Windows - Microsoft Support- Used it

Windows 10 - SSD died - No idea what to do

Download Windows 10 then perform a fresh install on a new SSD or hard disk.

When you upgraded from a previous version of Windows or receive a new computer preinstalled with Windows 10, what happened is the hardware (your PC) will get a digital entitlement, where a unique signature of the computer will be stored on Microsoft
Activation Servers. The Windows 7 or Windows 8 genuine license you were previously running will be exchanged for a diagnostics key.

Anytime you need to reinstall Windows 10 on that machine, just proceed to reinstall Windows 10. It will automatically reactivate.
You will prompted to enter a product key a couple times through the installation, click I don't have a key and Do this later.

There is no need to know or get a new key, but if you have issues with Digital Licensing or the Activation Troubleshooter, you can utilize an existing Windows 7 or Windows 8/8.1 product key
you already ownto reactivate if necessary. or use the reset function in Windows 10.

 

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
