    Tried installing and getting the 0x80070490 error. Ran scandisk and chkdsk with repair. Tried DISM with a mounted Win 11 ISO. and picked up element not found. Please helpHERE is the link to the log file

    Framework 3.5 full offline package won't install

    The full version is in the ISO, which you've just tried as per John's suggestions.

    Please upload your DISM and CBS logs (both zipped) to OneDrive/Dropbox/WeTransfer. etc., and share the link here.

    • CBS logs: c:\windows\logs\cbs\*.*
    • DISM log: c:\windows\logs\dism\dism.log

    Cannot install .NET Framework 3.5

    Download the Windows 11 ISO, mount it, and run the DISM command mentioning the source (X:\Sources\SxS) folder.

    Example:

    Pls see [Fix] .NET Framework 3.5 Error 0x800f0950
