Windows 10: Cannot Do Update for Universal C Runtime in Windows, need to open Lumerical. Windows 7

I have a Windows 7 Home Premium HP computer from 2009 old I know. I'm trying to run a new application off of it, Lumerical, but I kept getting the error:"The program can't start because ap--ms-win-crt-runtime-1-1-0.dl is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem."I then looked into it and found that I can download the Update for Universal C Runtime in Windows. I tried to download "All supported x64-based versions of Windows 7" from the Microsoft Download Center but I kept getting the error "The update is not applicable to your computer." I tried going to

Someone already answerd this question but his answer was that i must get help from android team i am not satisfied because i think this question concern Windows



I downloaded android studio , that was OK but when i tried to make my first app , an empty app , in the build time happened a problem
with this message in the log panel :

I have windows 8.1 in my asus computer bought in 2016 .

I have this update already installed in my computer which was installed is march 2014 and installation was successful .

It was also said :

« KB2919442 must be installed before 2919355 . «

but in my computer KB2919442 is not installed , not mentionned .

i got above error and when i try to install windows universal C runtime i got

"The update is not applicable to your computer "

i am using window 8.1.

Update for Universal C Runtime in Windows

Hi! I am currently trying to install OBS Studio on my computer with Windows 7 Pro installed, and it says that I need the correct Runtime components. I went to the download page for these, "Update for Universal C Runtime in Windows" and I am wandering if
I install them, will this update my system, or keep it the same? I really still want Windows 7, and I do not want Windows 10, will this install Windows 10?

P.S. When I click the download button, it says "Update for Windows 7" (Download Update for Windows 7 (KB3118401) from Official Microsoft Download Center)
