    Cannot add funds to my son's account


    I am trying to add money to my son's account for him to make purchases but keep getting an error message and it won't let me add funds. All my subscriptions are current and there is no obvious reason he cannot add funds. We were able to add funds on May 6, 2023. What do I have to do?

    Adding funds to Microsoft account

    When trying to add funds to my son’s account i am getting an error message that there is a system issue and inshould try later. This is going on for a few days. Error message is similar when trying from my PC (running Windows10) and iPhone (iOS 13.5). Also
    getting the same message when trying to use a credit card and with PayPal

    Remove account

    I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
    To delete an account, follow these steps:
    1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
    2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:
