Windows 10: Cancel my subscribe

I want co cancel my subscribe because I don,t need this subscription,This subscription was renewed without my consent. I would like to cancel it, knowing that the subscription is new. It has not even been a day and I have not even used it. Therefore, I would like to get the amount back. I tried to cancel it, but the amount is not refunded.

4. On the next page, select Cancel (or it might say Upgrade or Cancel, depending on your subscription type).
   
5. Scroll through and follow the instructions on the page to proceed with cancellation.

• Click the contact support below and select the category of Other Product and Cancel my subscription
  
• Now you will get a new windows of Chat with a support agent in your web browser

To cancel the reservation/upgrade to Windows 10, follow the steps:

• Open the Reservation app in the notification area (double click it).
• Click the Hamburger menu in the upper left corner.
• Select ‘View Confirmation’.
• In the lower left, click Cancel Reservation and then confirm (twice).
