Well well well, love to see it when all of your work and unfinished/saved stuff goes absolutely wasted thx to piece of garbage service called "User Logon Notification for Customer Experience Improvement Program" . Yeah super logical to reboot the god damn computer for improving my experience which makes me wanna finally move over to linux and completely ditch the winpoops. Have already tried those suggested stuff ; task scheduler, group policy, regedit edits etc. I thought after all those edits, modifications, tweaks and what not; it finally was stopped doing

    :)

stop logoff due to Customer Experience Program

    Hi all,

I have a headless Windows 10 Pro system that needs to stay logged in and running at all times. Used to work fine. Not sure if an update changed things or what. Keep getting logoff and find the following in event log:

    Event 7002, Winlogon
User logoff notification for customer experience program

I have tried/verified every single thing in this post (group policy and regedit): How to opt-out the Customer Experience Improvement Program on Windows 10 | Windows Central

....and I have tried task scheduler changed as in this post:

Opt-out of Customer Experience Improvement Program in Windows 10

At my wit's end here. Why is "customer experience program" logging me off and how do I stop it?

  3. Windows 10 Customer Experience Improvement Program

    Hi,

Thank you for posting your query in Microsoft Community.

Since you have opted out of Customer Experience Improvement Program, nothing will be shared with Microsoft.

The Microsoft Compatibility Appraiser & Program Data Updater are by design, these programs will not function unless you volunteer for the Customer Experience Improvement Program.

    Hope it helps.

Let us know if you have any further query on Windows, we are glad to assist you further.
