    Can you help with my laptop? Urgent!!


    Hello! For the past year I've been having trouble with my laptop, it keeps freezing for a few minutes then unfreezing, it really freezes when I open chrome. I have a 2021 HP Pavilion Laptop 11th gen. I checked event viewer, here are some errors that keep showing up over and over. One error says " Reset to device, \Device\Raidport0, was issued" And "The IO operation at logical block address 0x2a34d300 for disk 0 PDO name: \Device\00000044 was retired." PLEASE HELP!!

    Okay I don't see any known troublemakers in the shell extensions shown in explorer tab.
