Windows 10: Can you help me with a Windows Live Mail problem indicated below as I am unable to send emails

Until a couple of days ago I was able to send emails via my email address known as "*** Email address is removed for privacy ***" but in the last couple of days am unable to send - can receive ok but definitely can not send. Windows Live Mail 2012 refuses to send emails, claims they're spam

My wife uses Windows Live Mail 2012 and says it refuses to send emails, claiming they're spam. This is even replying to someone who is in her contacts list. I have run several different virus checks and nothing comes up. Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated. TIA

 

Windows Live Mail -- unable to send email attachments

For the past week, I have been unable to send any email attachments. The documents can be scanned into the computer, but unable to email them. I have been using Windows Live Mail for the past 8 years with no problem, but now this problem is cropping
up. Any ideas?

In the list of accounts on the left side of Windows Live Mail right-click the Talktalk account and select Properties.
