    I created a new user account but when I tried to sign in, the computer gave me a notice that I need an app to do that task, I truly don't know which app to download for that.

    Battery charged to 2000%, shuts down suddenly and charges quickly. HELP.

    Thank you for your answer. I followed the steps you suggested to update or reinstall the battery driver but it's still charging quickly. I will visit the Huawei service center tomorrow, hopefully I can get and answer there or get it fixed, I was just trying
    to exaust all my options before doing such thing.

    How to setup Activesync quickly on 100 phones

    Unfortunately just one at a time as far as I know. Each device is unique and has to be setup with their own mailbox.

    I would suggest creating a document that has a step by step process outlining the steps the user will have to take to setup his/her mailbox. My guess is that most will be able to set them up very quickly.
