    Can someone help troubleshoot a blue screen problem?


    I have a user with a brand new Surface Pro, who upgraded from and older Surface Pro, and is now having regular about once a week blue screen crashes; The error is MEMORY_MANAGEMENT 1a - I have run the memory diagnostic which came back no problems found. I wondered if someone with better understanding of the memory dumps and their analysis could take a look and point me in a narrower direction than "get a new computer" :- Here's a link to the latest dump: 062122-18062-01.dmpHope someone can help,Mathew.

    Startup blue screen error(s) can occur if a problem causes your PC to shut down or restart unexpectedly. It could be due to the following:

    • Outdated device software drivers
    • Corrupted Windows update system files
