    Hello, usually I keep getting NTSOKRNL.EXE in the blue screen description followed by IRQL_NOT_LESS_EQUAL but also KMODE EXCEPTION I've been getting many crashes on my Asus Tuf Gaming Laptop, I tried many options such as:-Windows repair-FactoryReset-Windows re-install from a bootable USB drive-Updating all drivers including NVIDIA and AMD drivers -Uninstalling 3rd Party Anti-Virus -Removing Fast Startup-Ran SFC/SCANNOW and CHKDSK commands-Memory test with no issues reported-Updated BIOSMy laptop's specs are:NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 Ti AMD Ryzen 7 4800H with Radeon Graphics 2.90 GHz 16GB RAMAny

    Need help analyzing dump logs

    I´ve tried all steps you listed, nothing fixes it. Only other indicator i could find is that the driver doesnt seem to start properly (found in device manager/display adapters/iris xe graphics/properties/events).

    I hope this is something that can help narrow the issue down further. The laptop works fine when running it off battery but as soon as the cable is plugged it the entire the device freezes/crashes and I have to reboot the device to get it working again.

    Need help analyzing crash dump

    Hello everyone!

    I need some help analyzing a crash dump. Through my online research, I see a couple conflicting suggestions for the same issue. Memory problem or potentially a failing CPU have been two common suggestions along with a less common failing cooling system (I do have liquid but haven't see any BSOD for failing systems in the past - it usually just shut down). It won't even boot to Windows (BSOD before I get that far) and doesn't seem to give me the option to boot to Safe Mode to do any trouble shooting that way. I would rather not replace parts frivolously if avoidable. Any help deciphering the dmp would be greatly appreciated. I currently have the drive in another machine and it runs perfectly so I have (potentially) eliminated a corrupt Windows issue. Not sure how to update (or regress) to a different graphics driver or run MemTest if I can't boot to that PC.
