Windows 10: can someone help about BR23 udisk usb device.

i have noticed an unusual usb device that's "connected to my pc" i cannot unmount this. i have also freshly installed windows a few days ago when i go into device manager under universal serial bus controllers are the following:AMD USB 3.10 eXtensible Host Controller 1.10 MicrosoftAMD USB 3.10 eXtensible Host Controller 1.10 MicrosoftAMD USB 3.10 eXtensible Host Controller 1.10 MicrosoftG502 HEROUSB Composite DeviceUSB Composite DeviceUSB Composite DeviceUSB Mass Storage DeviceUSB Root Hub USB 3.0USB Root Hub USB 3.0USB Root Hub USB 3.0i know some of them are my peripherals, but th

32GB Udisk not recognised

Thanks for the suggestion - something I had tried, however, with no success.

I tried inserting inserting a duplicate Udisk memory stick. This worked perfectly!

My conclusion, therefore, is that the 1st memory stick is faulty. It did work initially and I had copied a lot of files to it, but it seems I must dispose of it.

I suggest you to run hardware and devices troubleshooter and check.

Method 2: Update USB Controllers.

To update the USB Controllers from Device Manager follow these steps.

  Go to Device manager in control panel.

  Select Device manager and a Device Manager window will pop-up.

  Double Click on USB Controllers to expand.
  
• 
  Right click on the USB Controllers that is listed and select Update.
