Windows 10: Can only boot from secondary drive

Im having an issue when i can only boot from my secondary drive disk 2 but my os is installed on my first drive disk1.i olso have disk 0, disk 3 where i have al my games installed and on disk 2 i had my old os installed.is there a way to fix this and have my pc boot from disk 1 where my new os is installed so i can format my disk 2.

Windows 10 1909 Causes Secondary Hard Drive to not be Recognized

Installing the Windows 10 1909 Update causes my secondary hard drive to not be recognized.

Steps to confirm issue:

• Secondary drive not visible in Windows Explorer
• Secondary drive not visible in device manager
• Secondary drive not visible in disk manager

Steps to replicate issue:

• Installing 1909 update

Steps to resolve issue:

• Uninstall 1909 update

Since updates can only be delayed for so long, an actual fix would be appreciated.

 

Win 10 won't boot, if I disconnect secondary drive(s)

1. Download: Macrium Rescue ISO 6.1.1000 and use: Rufus - Create bootable USB to create a USB Boot.
2. Disconnect Disk 1 from your PC
3. Boot up your PC using the USB in step 1
4. Follow the screen shot to fix Windows Boot
