Windows 10: Can i Transfer, or not? Win10 License Question

A long, long, LONG time ago, my dad got me a dell XPS 8700 prefab that had windows 7 pro on it OEM, and as the years went on, i took that promotional deal to upgrade to windows 10 for free. here in the now, i'm working on getting parts for a new PC build, and yes, i KNOW that OEM OS editions are locked to hardware, but i want confirmation either way. so here's two screenshots of ShowKeyPlus deets, and an output from "slmgr /dli"level with me: can i transfer my windows 10 license deets to my soon to be new computer, or will the windows 7 OEM marker essentially [REDACTED] me over and prevent m

How to transfer Win10 license correctly?

No, you don't need to transfer any licenses.

If you upgrade your Win7 Pro to Win10 it will get a digital license for Win10 Pro in it's own right, based on having a qualifying activated Win7. Although MS have said the free upgrades have ended, quietly behind they scenes they still will be activated.

Use the Media Creation Tool to make an install USB then use Step 6 in this tutorial.

Add Windows 8.1 Pro Pack or Windows 8.1 Media Center Pack to your edition of Windows 8.1

• Swipe in from the right edge of the screen, and then tap Search.
  (If you're using a mouse, point to the upper-right corner of the screen, and then click Search.)
  
• Enter add features in the search box, and then tap or click Settings.
  
• Tap or click Add features to Windows 8.1 and then do one of the following:
  
  • If you need to purchase a product key, tap or click I want to buy a product key online.
    Follow the steps to purchase and enter a product key.
    
  • If you already have a product key, tap or click I already have a product key.
• Enter your product key and click Next.
  
• Read the license terms, select the check box to accept the license terms, and then click Add features.
  
  
  Would this be the way to do it? And would it matter that this would be the US version and not UK?

i bought the license. My laptop was originally loaded with win 7 and was upgraded free couple of months.
