Windows 10: Can I delete this software

Hello Wonderful people. I got a new ASUS G16 I7 Gaming computer even though Im too old to play games and it has been "behaving badly" lately with the "not responding" message coming up far too often. WIth MS word, especially File Explorer and a few other occasions, I deleted Armory Crate cos I am not a gamer and was wondering if the below programs are safe to be deleted. My thinking is there is too much going on as the light which I imagine indicates the HDD is working flashes quite a lot. I recently installed Quick heal Total security as I reckon it is pretty good and used all of the Perf

Need to know Best Recovery Software to recover shift+Deleted data

Yesterday I shift deleted some of the data from my desktop from my 256GB SSD.
I need to recover them,

Please suggest my the best software to recover it.

Why don't the old versions of software get deleted when updating?

Most of the Microsoft ones are looked at as updates.
The Java ones... you have to delete the versions you don't want.

There are ways to clean up the listing... manually or by some software.

EDIT: Some is poorly written software that does not clean up after itself, too.
