Windows 10: Can anyone examine this Defender Bootstrapper log and explain?

windows defender doesn't make examination

It shows err 0x8007139f and stucks.... As my Windows Defender had been atualized before I order the examination... I thought about restarting the computer to try these new vaccins to work since the begining and it really work out. Now may Defender is checking
everything.

how to reinstall windows defender?
