Windows 10: Camera/Webcam not working Techni-color horizontal lines

Hello,I am hoping someone can assist me. After Windows updates, I realized that my webcam wasn't working while attempting to login to a webinar.After, I checked the camera and I saw the screen fill of multi-colored horizontal lines running across the screen.The first time I clicked it it, the lines went away. When I tried it again, the lines are there and wouldn't go away.I welcome someone giving me a fix for the issue. Thanks.

My camera shows the picture in the background and then the screen has horizontal lines and different colors on it. The screen I see reminds me of static. Can someone help? Thank you!

We need clarification about your concern when using camera apps on your phone as we are unable to replicate your concern about a white horizontal line showing in front of the camera. Please answer the following:

• In your statement "reset the phone", did you mean that you have performed a hard reset after upgrading your Lumia 535 and the horizontal line is still present?
• We understand that you have used the Windows Device Recovery Tool to restore your phone back to Windows Phone 8.1. Is the horizontal line still present in the default camera app on your phone?

Please provide a snapshot of your phone showing the horizontal line. This should help with our investigation.
