Windows 10: Camera not working after Windows update - 0xa00f429f<windowshowfailed>0x80070003

After the recent windows 11 update, my camera is not working and the error message i get is 0xa00f429f<windowshowfailed>0x80070003 can't start camera. I checked the status of the camera and the drivers and it says its fine, but camera doesnt work. What to do?

I can't use the camera under windows 11, I've already searched on the internet to find a solution, but none worked.

The camera works for some applications, like Teams or Discord, but not for the Camera application or online, or even for Windows Hello.

the following error message appears in the Camera application:

Error: 0xA00F429F<WindowShowFailed>(0xC00D36BB)

please help me fix my problem

0xA00F429F<WindowShowFailed>(0x887A0003) - neither integrated laptop nor external USB webcams work

My webcams don't work any longer, and I'm getting 0xA00F429F<WindowShowFailed>(0x887A0003) when opening the Camera app on Windows 10.
