  1. Calendar in lower corner not showing full month, and remove focus

Windows 11. I use the small calendar in the lower corner all the time for my workflow. It is so helpful to quickly find dates. Now it does not show the whole month, or it mixes months and weeks. Can I set this to go back to normal? Also can I remove the Notifications and focus sections? I do not need them. Especially Focus I accidentally click it all the time.

    :)

  2. Remove calendars Windows 10

    Hi Dave,

Not sure if you're still needing a resolution to this issue, but I had the same problem of needed to delete one of the calendars that were showing up in my Calendar app and here's the resolution...

    1. Close your Calendar App

    2. Open a browser and log into your Outlook.com account, which will open your Outlook email in the browser window

    3. Click on the 'Calendar' icon in the lower left-hand corner of the window

    4. If the calendar you wish to remove is listed under 'Other Calendars', simply right-click on it and choose 'delete'

After I completed these steps, the unwanted calendar no longer showed up in the browser version or in the calendar app.

    Hope this helps!

    Hi Glen,

Thank you for writing to Microsoft Community forums.

Which build of Windows 10 is installed on the computer?

I would suggest you to try with the following steps.

    Method 1:

Sign out of the calendar app and then sign back in.

If it does not help, try to reset the calendar app. To reset the app, please follow the steps mentioned below.

    Open the Settings app.

In settings app, click on ‘Apps.

Locate ‘Mail and Calendar’ app in the list of installed apps and click on it.

Click on ‘Advanced options’ under the app name, scroll down and click on ‘Reset’

Launch the Calendar app and go to ‘Month view’ and check if the issue is fixed.

    Method 2:

Try with uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

Disclaimer: Uninstalling ‘Mail and Calendar’ will require you to reconfigure the accounts with Mail app when reinstalled.

To uninstall the application, please follow the below mentioned steps.

Right click on Start button and choose ‘Windows PowerShell (admin).

    Type in the command: ‘Get-AppxPackage *microsoft.windowscommunicationsapps* | Remove-AppxPackage
and press the enter key which should remove the app from Windows.

To reinstall it, please open the Store app.

Go to search bar and type ‘Mail and calendar’, click on the app name in suggestions list.

Next, click on ‘Get’ to get the application reinstalled.

    Hope it helps.

  4. Calendar in lower corner not showing full month, and remove focus

    How do I remove calendars?

    Hi,

The only way to wipe a calendar of all events is to delete and recreate it.

To do so, follow these steps:

    • Log in to https://calendar.live.com
    • Click on the gear icon in the top right corner and select Options
    • Click on the calendar you want to wipe
    • In the top bar, click Delete, then confirm you want to delete the calendar
    • Repeat step 2
    • Underneath the list of calendars, click on "Add a new calendar" to recreate the calendar you just deleted.
Let us know how it goes.

    Regards.
