Windows 10: Bully Scholarship Edition Side-by-Side configuration error

I recently brought the Bully Scholarship edition on Steam and downloaded it.It was installing something for windows Visual C++ but failed to install, and returned the following error: Description: Activation context generation failed for "D:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Bully Scholarship Edition\Bully.exe". Dependent Assembly Microsoft.VC80.OpenMP,processorArchitecture="x86",publicKeyToken="1fc8b3b9a1e18e3b",type="win32",version="8.0.50727.762" could not be found. Please use sxstrace.exe for detailed diagnosis. I searched online and found that the error was regarding an older Version of Visua

If the game has an issue with quad core cpu's there may be a mod, or an .ini file setting that will fix the

issue ( Fallout 3 has an .ini file setting that allows the game to run on two cores).

Bully: scholarship directx 9.0c error

Hello, so I just bought the game bully: scholarship and I downloaded it etc. I launch the game and it says "Please install directx9 compatible sound card" so I did what it said. I download DX9 i used setup.exe and i installed it. Now i try to start the game again and it says the same exact error. Why does this happen?

I got this game called Bully: Scholarship Edition and when I tried to play it it gave me the error of "This application has failed to start because its side by side configuration is incorrect"

I have been searching all over the internet for a solution and i had found something that told me to download the Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 Redistributable Package (x86) and Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 Redistributable Package (x64). After i downloaded these,
i restarted my computer like the website had said to do but i still got the same error.

I am now out of ideas and i was wondering if anyone could help me with my situation.
