Windows 10: Built-in camera works only randomly

Hello, my camera has disappeared. It works only occasionally, it sometimes flashes and only sometimes appears as normal. I had my laptop and drivers checked at the store and they couldn't find the issue, the camera didn't respond at all. Next day at home, the camera was normal again and after that, it disappeared again.
