Windows 10: Bugcheck that keeps my laptop crash and restart

I Got this message a while ago since I started using an EGPU for my almost 6 years old laptop with the 1660 super desktop graphics card. The code is The bugcheck was: 0x00000116 0xffffd705789e6050, 0xfffff802a1cfbe00, 0xffffffffc000009a, 0x0000000000000004. A dump was saved in: C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: 2f36da9f-898b-428d-ba8f-be2bcc26a027.Please help me.

BugCheck Crashes

My laptop has Windows 10 64-bit with Anniversary Update. My computer/laptop keeps crashing randomly and when I go to "Event Viewer", it always comes up with bugcheck on each crash... Is there anything I can do to fix this? Thoughts and help GREATLY appreciated

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x000000c2 (0x0000000000000007, 0x000000004f4e5749, 0x00000000040a0000, 0xffffcc87c0638010). A dump was saved in: C:\WINDOWS\MEMORY.DMP. Report Id: c349c1a7-9ad7-4093-942d-467fde0a8dde.

Update: Both Chkdsk and Windows Memory Diagnostic came up with no errors.

 

Laptop keep restarting

Since the laptop crashes before you can perform any troubleshooting step, I would suggest you to contact the laptop manufacturer in this regard.

Please revert if you face any issues with Windows in future.

However, please let us know:

• Do you receive a Blue Screen when the computer crash?
  
• When exactly does the computer crash?
  
• Are you aware of any changes made to the computer prior to this issue?
  
• Which build version of Windows 10 is installed on the computer? Refer
  Which version of Windows operating system am I running?
  
• What is the make and model of the computer?
  

If you are receiving a Blue screen error then, I would suggest you to refer the troubleshooting steps mentioned in the article
Troubleshoot blue screen errors.



I would suggest you to share the dump files so that we can analyze them and get to the root cause of the issue. To share the files Navigate to
C:\Windows\Minidump, upload the files to OneDrive and share the OneDrive link.
