Windows 10: BSOD win32k critical failure

Bonjour aujourd'hui mon ordinateur ma fait un BSOD avec l'erreur "win32k critical failure" cette erreur est-elle grave ? risque t-elle de se reproduire ? j'ai regarder dans l'observateur d'évènement et cela me dit : L’ordinateur a redémarré après une vérification d’erreur. La vérification d’erreur était : 0x00000164 0x0000000000000000, 0x0000000000000000, 0x0000000000000000, 0x0000000000000000. Un vidage a été enregistré dans : C:\Windows\MEMORY.DMP. ID de ra

BSOD win32k power watchdog timeout

I have a BSOD few times (new Asus zenbook ux331fn) with an error "win32k power watchdog timeout".

Any ideas about reason?

 

SSD stops and freezes laptop

The BSOD messages have been inconsistent. 5 or 6 different messages appeared, there has never been any consistency to them. Samples are:

• SYSTEM SERVICE EXCEPTION
• CRITICAL PROCESS DIED
• UNEXPECTED STORE EXCEPTION
• WIN32K POWER WATCHDOG TIMEOUT

 

Random BSOD while browsing internet


BitDefender is nothing special. mwac.sys causes BSODs anywhere.

In that very thread, the suggested action apparently worked.

The storage and network filters of any third party antivirus can cause BSODs. Neither MBAM nor BitDefender is any special. For a regular antivirus, it may be shifted to an alternative; but MBAM has no alternative. So a clean install of the said program is the most feasible first step.
As far as the first step is not failing, it is better to not think for the second step. Because the BSODs are not universal, failure at the first step is not universal; and success at the second step is also not universal.
That is why I posted that my suggestion may work, or may not. Let us see where it goes.
