Windows 10: BSOD while running some gamesmostly Zenless Zone Zero and FurMark

Time Zone

Hi Dean,

Try the classic “Date and Time” applet in the classic Control Panel as a workaround.

You can launch it via Control Panel or run timedate.cpl via the Run dialog.

7 different BSoD

Hey guys,

I have a serious problem. I make it as short as possible:

• system runs 100 % fine with the 10.12
• updatet to Catalyst 11.1 -> BSoD
• updatet to 11.1 Hotfix -> BSoD
• rollback to 10.12 -> BSoD
• removed ALL AMD files manually, installed 10.12 -> BSoD

• Temps are fine
• no sfc /scannow errors
• no chkdsk errors
• Prime, Furmark all fine
• regardless what driver I install -> BSoD
• I did no hw changes, no OC

Here are my BSoDs I receive:

• 0x0000010e
• 0x1000007e
• 0x0000007e
• 0x0000004e
• 0x0000003b
• dxgmms1.sys
• PFN_LIST_CORRUPT

They all refer to the GPU of course ...

From now on I receive a BSoD every time I try to play a game (especially BC2 and SC II) even if I completely remove the old driver and make a clean install.
Apparently the 11.1 damaged my system irreparable.

Windows 11 64bit BSOD when playing games or running furmark

My laptop is the acer aspire 5 a515-45-R1ZM

A few days ago when i play video game (mostly gpu intensive) i would encounter BSOD's with the message PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA, i have updated everything including windows update and driver updates but it still happnes. It also happens when i run a gpu stress test in Furmark, it would give me a PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA BSOD about 7 - 10 mins into the test.

I read some forums and so i updated all of my drivers and ran the memory diagnostic tool and no errors were found and yet the BSOD would still happen when i play games, there were also times where the laptop wouldn't even show a BSOD screen when playing a game (DOTA 2) and just go straight into restarting therefore no dumps were made.
