Windows 10: bsod video dxgkrnl fatal error & screen flickering

I just got a new Acer ROG Strix G17 laptop with AMD Ryzen and NVIDIA Geforce 4060 with Windows 11 installed. I updated all my drivers, did the command prompt fixes, troubleshoot fixes, checked for malware, did a clean boot up, and installed Nvidia Geforce software to ensure the driver is up to date. I'm still having the same issue and I cannot find a solution anywhere. My screen also flickers every so often. This is a new laptop so I can't rollback any updates. Please help.

Getting "VIDEO DXGKRNL FATAL ERROR" BSOD

Since 1 month my laptop is having BSOD while gaming, the stop code is "VIDEO DXGKRNL FATAL ERROR". I have uninstalled and reinstalled old and new gpu drivers, reset my windows but the BSOD still occurs.

Event viewer shows "The description for Event ID 0 from source nvlddmkm cannot be found. I even rolled back gpu drivers multiple times, but getting Video dxgkrnl fatal error bsod. The issue occurs only while gaming. Also ran DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth & sfc /scannow before and even now, no errors found. Everytime after the BSOD, the laptop restarts and gpu is gone from device manager, I have to reset the bios to get nvidia gpu to show again. Please help me fix this issue. Thank you

 

Random VIDEO DXGKRNL FATAL ERROR BSODs

All I can tell you is what I see in the dump. Did you try the latest using DDU and not installing PHYSX as you did the driver from the ASUS web site?
