  1. BSOD the second I plug in my USB Midi Interface system thread exception not handled

Hello,I get this error the second I plug in one of my USB devices Midisport Midi Interface. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the driver. No luck. It doesn't even show up in device manager. The moment I plug the USB in from this device, the BSOD appears.I know how it happened too. I previously uninstalled that driver from a 3rd party Midi Driver uninstaller Korg USB-MIDI Utility. It must have left residual files or corrupted it. I also tried reinstalling, the Midisport driver, uninstalling with Revo Uninstaller, cleaning up registry with Glary Utilities, then reinstalling again. T

    :)

Hey, thanks again for the reply!

Please check my 2nd bullet point, with the 2 notes.

    -----------

    • W10 1809 media creation tool - boots but results in the same error.
    1. Note 1: if I disconnect SSD1, HDD1 (W10 drive systems) the W10 USB can boot!
    2. Note 2: while using W10 USB, If I attempt to reconnect either drive I get BSOD (system thread exception not handled - ntfs.sys)

BSOD the second I plug in my USB Midi Interface system thread exception not handled

BSOD with the text "System Thread Exception Not Handled"

    Hi all

Booting my Win 10 Pro desktop today I ran into a BSOD with the text "System Thread Exception Not Handled". Continuous reboots all resulted in the same BSOD, and no matter what I tried (repairing, selecting Boot into Safe Mode) I kept getting the same BSOD message. It was only because of the great boot recovery package in the OP that I managed to access my system via an USB stick.
Boot SSD seems fine and from what I've googled it seems highly likely that it's a damaged driver that is blocking the system from reaching the desktop. I'm suspecting either my keyboard or mouse drivers (both Logitech), since they weren't plugged in until mid-boot during that fateful start of my machine that resulted in the first BSOD.

But then again, the writer of this piece [Fix] System Thread Exception Not Handled Error Windows 10 suggests that it's not driver related, since the BSOD doesn't state the name of the problematic file.*Confused

Is there any way to diagnose what is crashing my boot sequence, and to repair or remove a faulty driver from the boot?

Any help is much appreciated BSOD the second I plug in my USB Midi Interface system thread exception not handled :)
