You performed chkdsk offline before the automatic repair problem right? Is the log you uploaded from the chkdsk before the automatic repair problem came?

The log you uploaded is saying that a corrupted record has been deleted, but I have no idea what effect it could have on the performance & health.
Code: Examining 1 corruption record ... Record 1 of 1: Unused file metadata marked as used ... The multi-sector header signature in file 0x73c is incorrect. a5 25 a8 65 66 ca 04 0f ?? ?? ?? ?? ?? ?? ?? ?? .%.ef........... Deleting corrupt file record segment 1852. 2.
Yes, I did perform chkdsk before the automatic repair problem. This is from today after I ran all of the tests on it.

Where can I find that at in the Event Viewer?

The same way you've done in the event viewer, but this time you need to search for the event log that happened before the automatic repair trouble.

6. There are a lot of events. I don't know which is which that took place before the automatic repair.

Look at the time of the event logs and check which chkdsk event log happened before the time of the automatic repair trouble.

9. @axe0

Let's see if this is it. I am not sure.

That could be it, an important part of the log:
Code: Windows has found problems and some were fixed online; the remaining problems must be fixed offline. Please run chkdsk /spotfix to fix the issues.
11.
Okay. So, is it fixed or what do I need to do now?

12. Did you run chkdsk /spotfix?

No?
Please launch Command Prompt (Admin)
Enter the following command
chkdsk /spotfix

Report the results

14. @Slartybart, now do I need to go the Event Viewer again to get the results? Or where do I find the results from Spotfix?

15. try this

Launch PowerShell
copy the line below - it's all one line

Get-EventLog -LogName Application -Source wininit | Select-Object -Last 1 -ExpandProperty message | out-file Desktop\chkdskresults.txt

Paste (right click=paste) it in the Powershell window
enter

When it finishes, attach the chkdskresults.txt file (on your Desktop) to a new post.
