Windows 10: BSOD Issue. IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL ntoskrnl.exe when starting Star Citizen?

Hello, I just recently purchased a new pc and when attempting to run the game Star Citizen, I encounter a bsod. The code is IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL and what failed shows ntolkrnl.exe. Pulling up event viewer shows the critical error event ID as 41 and task as 63. I've ran individual memory diagnostic for each ram sitck, no issue. Went into bios and disabled XMP, didn't work. Drivers are updated. I've ran multiple scans in the command prompt that have come back clean. I've ran every check I could find from researching, no issues with hardware or drivers found. Hang on a second, no. As far as the rules are concerned VPNs from legitimate sources are not illegal. You don't have the right to 'force' someone to remove a piece of software that:

1. Is not causing the issue related to the crashes
2. is not pirated software or illegal

Cloudflare WARP does not have a windivert file that I can find, even if it did, again, its not against the forum rules because it is not an illegal system file in of itself.

 

Ntoskrnl BSOD

• Update your Realtek audio driver.
• Update your computer.
• Disable overclocking settings.
• Turn off BlueStacks/ another Android emulator.
• Clean your registry.
• Check your disk for errors.
• Fix bad memory issues.
• Remove faulty sticks of RAM.

IRQL bsod back again? >.<

Could be a driver issue, I kept getting BSODs saying IRQL not less or equal then I removed an app called DSLMON.exe and it went away *Smile
