Windows 10: BSOD HP 250 G4 Laptop

I tried updating my HP laptop from windows 7 to windows 10. Worked fine then windows tried to make many new updates. Crashed and the blue screen of death PNP detected fatal error. I checked the driver and memory. Everything passed. I had to do a factory reset and it wouldn’t load and the error popped up again. BSOD is on a loop. No options to repair or reset. I tried turning it off multiple times and tried putting in a recovery usb. Stuck! I’m about to give up because nothing is working. This laptop has been rarely used.

Linux on HP 250 G4

Hi all,

I have received one laptop today HP 250 G4 without any operative system (teorically) and I am trying to install only Linux on it without any sucess. I have made one bootable USB drive with Linux and seems as he does not detect it, I have changed the boot (legacy and UEFI) to boot the USB (I have tried, at least, 3 different) and noone boots Linux on it, it starts its own boot and nothing happens. I would like to know how I can install linux on this computer, any idea?

I self reply, I finally solved it but costed me a while, it was not so easy. Thanks for the suggestions, they were good ones.

What is the exact model of HP G4?

Right click Start>Run

type in msinfo32 and Press OK

Copy the system SKU and paste it in the next reply.
