BSOD EventID 41 BugCheck code 159

For a fair while now, my PC's been experiencing issues where if I booted some apps, closed them and tried to reopen them several hours later, they would not open, despite Task Manager showing a process with said program's name to be running. On attempting to restart, my PC would BSOD with the following event data:- <Event xmlns="http://schemas.microsoft.com/win/2004/08/events/event">- <System> <Provider Name="Microsoft-Windows-Kernel-Power" Guid="{331c3b3a-2005-44c2-ac5e-77220c37d6b4}" /> <EventID>41</EventID> <Version>8</Version> &

My computer is crashing when I leave it unattended long enough for the hard disk to turn off (35 min). The power setting is set not to sleep or hibernate, but the hard drive (M.2 sata) does turn off. This started happening a few days ago, after the KB4495667
update, as well as an Nvidia driver update (GTX 1060 driver version 430.39.)

    detail.

  3. EventID 41 Seemingly Driven By WUDFRd.sys

Been having problems with EventID 41 on a Dell 2-in-1. Sent back three times with Dell changing the motherboard twice and battery/internal wiring this last time. Seemingly the system is improved, yet in last two weeks the critical error and shutdown again
happened a number of times. When doing my own research see the issue occurs at the same HH:MM:SS as an EventID 219. Each time the error states:

The driver \Driver\WUDFRd failed to load for the device ACPI\INT3400\2&daba3ff&0.

I do see that the driver wudfrd.sys is in the folder. This same EventID 219 occurs each time the USB Western Digital My Passport SSD is connected. Generally these do not result in an EventID 41 and forced system shutdown.

I called Western Digital which suggested it is a Windows issue. Thank you in advance for the solution.
