Windows 10: BSOD event code 133?

I just reinstalled my windows and I'm getting these frequent blue screen of death I checked what could be causing the problems and it shows these. The crashes occur when I was trying to play "Warframe" at first the game runs fine and then when I actually go and play a mission in the game it crashes my pc and it shows these problem. I've been having issues with a new laptop bluescreening every few days with the DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION stop code, minidump files are linked. BSOD just occurs randomly without any warning.

BSOD with Windows Error code 133 & 124

Hello All,

I've been trying to troubleshoot BSOD with Windows Error code 133 & 124. Should I reinstall the program that cause the BSOD or reinstall the driver (usbvideo.sys) itself? Moreover, is there a way I can install the driver offline? The computer can't be connect to the internet due to security reason.

For the last month when I am running FIFA 23, my computer keeps randomly restarting after showing a black screen for about 1 minute. Sometimes I can play without a problem. Other times I only last 30 to 45 minutes before it crashes and reboots. So, what I receive from the reliability and problem history is 2 critical errors BlueScreen 133 and LiveKernelEvent 141.
