Windows 10: BSOD caused by IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL ntoskrnl.exe

I keep getting this BSOD, and I tried everything I could however, nothing has worked. So far, I've tried switching my RAM kit, and it didn't work. Also, I tried installing a completely new Windows, and that didn't work. I reset my pc multiple times. I just dunno what to do anymore

Hang on a second, no. As far as the rules are concerned VPNs from legitimate sources are not illegal. You don't have the right to 'force' someone to remove a piece of software that:

1. Is not causing the issue related to the crashes
2. is not pirated software or illegal

Cloudflare WARP does not have a windivert file that I can find, even if it did, again, its not against the forum rules because it is not an illegal system file in of itself.

Hello, I'm on Windows 11 and I received this BSOD with an error code IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL frequently

Can anyone help find out what causes the issue?

I already did the following basic troubleshooting method but didn't find any error:

• sfc/scannow = No Error Found
  
• Windows Memory Diagnostic = No Error Found

• Update your Realtek audio driver.
• Update your computer.
• Disable overclocking settings.
• Turn off BlueStacks/ another Android emulator.
• Clean your registry.
• Check your disk for errors.
• Fix bad memory issues.
• Remove faulty sticks of RAM.
