Windows 10: BSoD Boot Loop/Recovery Mode Disabled. Please help me enable it!

I need help with my Samsung Galaxy Book Go. It's stuck in a boot loop with multiple blue screens. I would enter recovery, but after trying some ugly musty rusty not at all trusty clickable tutorial, all I did was disable WinRE. I entered the code in the Command Prompt: bcdedit /set {default} recovery enabled no. I tried resetting, and holding down shift, but nothing worked. Now it's stuck in a loop with no way of getting into WinRE. If you can help, I will be very glad.

Cannot go into recovery mode in several ways

Problem:

Cannot login into normal mode or safe mode or access anything other than Boot settings.

• Do not get usual login screen.
• Seeing Automatic repair and then BSOD with code 0xc000014c
• That loop continues.

Troubleshooting Steps taken:

• Tried 3 times reset when in "Preparing Automatic Repair" to boot into recovery mode - Failed.
• Created bootable WIndows 10 USB flash drive to go into repair mode - Getting another BSOD with code "Driver pnp watchdog"
• Some times, after "Preparing automatic repair" screen, i get "Your pc needs to be repaired" recovery screen where it shows F8 to go into Startup settings. When i press F8, i get the same screen again in a loop.

HP Laptop Boot Loop

I am encountering a boot loop problem with my HP laptop. Upon startup, it shows the HP logo and loading dots for about 11 seconds, then goes to a blank screen for approximately a minute before automatically restarting. The power button does not turn off during this cycle.

Troubleshooting Steps Taken:

• Tried hard reset and accessing BIOS/UEFI settings.
  
• Unable to boot into Safe Mode or recovery environment.

Windows goes to recovery mode loop

Hi,

I accidentally disabled some of the services with msconfig. Later after restart my laptop goes into recovery mode loop. Tried even resetting the system. But even that too failed not sure what to do. Tried safe boot method but ui page is not loading up.

Please add some suggestions to fix my window 10 system.
