Windows 10: BSOD: ACPI BIOS ERROR

I just got a hold of a used laptop, a "HP Pavilion Notebook - 15-ab128no ENERGY STAR " to be more precise. However, it was full to the brim with bloatware and other smack, so I decided to reinstall it. As this laptop has a fair few years on it's neck, I thought, why not try the infamous tiny10 I've heard other people use on their old hardware. so I made a bootable USB with the official tiny10 iso with rufus, and booted the laptop into that USB and installed tiny10. All was well, or so I thought. After the installation I was not able to boot into windows once, because I got a BSOD, acpi_bios_

ACPI BIOS ERROR LOOP

This should resolve any compatibility issues and resolve ACPI BIOS errors. However, you may need to download the BIOS firmware from another device, then copy it to the USB flash drive, and then try to do it directly in the BIOS after setting the USB flash drive boot priority in the BIOS.
   
2. Reset BIOS Settings:
   
   Press a specific key (usually Del, F2, or F10, consult Asus support for details) to access BIOS Settings during boot. Look for options to reset BIOS Settings to default values. This helps resolve any configuration issues that cause ACPI BIOS errors.
   
3. Check the hardware connection:
   
   Ensure that all hardware components are properly connected to the computer. If you recently installed new hardware, remove it and see if the ACPI BIOS error still exists. If not, the problem may be caused by the new hardware, if you do not have the technical ability to remove the device, please follow the guidance of ASUS after-sales support.

ACPI Bios Error

A friend of mine built his first computer and iv been called in to figure out what in the world this problem hes having is. Iv tried quite a lot already, ill list those out in a second. He never got past trying to install windows 10 due to the ACPI BIOS
ERROR.

System spec:

AMD Ryzen 5 2600x CPU

ASUS Prime B450M-A Mother Board

Strix GTX1050ti GPU

Ballistix DDR4 2600 RAM

a 2Tb Western Digital HDD

Behavior on boot attempt: The computer starts up fine, gets to the ASUS logo screen and then BSODs with the ACPI BIOS ERROR.

I have tried:

updating the BIOS

clearing the CMOS

tried installing Win7 same Error

Installing Win10 on the HDD outside the system.

Using Rufus to make a bootable USB from the ISO files

CSM, Secure boot, Fast boot, all OFF/ON in every variation

SATA switch to RAID from AHCI

IV tested all the hardware plus gotten Linux to run fine.

After all that the only change is that now it tries to boot into the automatic repair after the first 2 BSODs but the moment it tries to load its just BSODs with the same ACPI BIOS ERROR.

Not gonna lie im pretty stumped on this one, best guess is its a windows 10 problem somewhere. Judging from google i'm not expecting an easy one click solution but any help would be appreciated.
