Windows 10: BrowserModifier:MSIL/MediaArena

We have been trying to unsuccessfully clean this BrowserModifier:MSIL/MediaArena off my PC using Defender and the online version too. It was successfully removed our other PC. I've tried to find information online and but feel very unsure what to trust. Some threads suggest it may not be there but is still in protection history, others say I need to remove unwanted add-ons. I'm not tech minded and would be grateful for help. How do I remove this virus (Trojan: MSIL/AgentTesla.BFV!MTB) completely from my laptop?

TrayTipAgentE.exe can be related to a registry cleaned. Is it listed in Programs and Features to be removed? CCleaner is a good program as long as you don't use the registry cleaning portion of it.

As far as browsermodifier-win32-diplugem goes, you might not need all of these, but start at the top and reboot after each one. Check for updates first and then scan with each one at a time until your machine is clean. Might take care of both issues.
