Windows 10: Broken Windows 11 IoT hashes PDF link

Broken link to the Windows 10 IoT Dashboard.

Been there done that. No one seems to care about it because nothing has been done. I just get the runaround pointing me to the same link that has the same broken download link, So I will ask again. Is Windows 10 IoT dead? Do I need to just chuck Windows IoT and go some where else?

I'm not the only one who has reported this.

Does this mean that I have to tell my boss that windows IoT is not available for his project?

He want's to get going in it but if you can't get this simple problem fixed then we will have to go with another company like android.

I don't want to. Android is terrible. they keep deleting or changing there API's
